So i managed a few sit ups and in the name of motivation I thought I would note it down, hopefully I can manage to build momentum!
30 sit ups
2 x 20 lat pulls (forward), 20 trap extentions, 20 lat pulls (down)
30 sit ups
2 mile walk to work (uphill)

silence after the storm...
...that was portugal!
Had a wicked time with alot of boozy activity prior during and after. The fitness front is looking pretty shaky, so far since the start of October I have no activity to report except for the fact that I walked to work this morning...soooo friggin lame. Will hopefully have something to report shortly x
